7. No Employment Contract (At-Will Employment)

Submitting an application does not create an employment contract. If hired, employment at Latte Lane® is "at-will" to the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate the relationship at any time, for any reason, unless a written agreement signed by both you and the company states otherwise.
